What can I use my support time for?

Your support time can be used for any of our services. Our current customers generally use contract time for content updating, adding new pages, meetings, telephone support and consultancy.

What can you do in one hour?

Experience and specialist knowledge means we work quickly and efficiently. As a rough guide, text changes on an existing web page might take between 5 and 15 minutes, adding a new page to your site might take between 15 and 60 minutes.

What if I use more than my contracted hours in a month?

The minutes you buy can be used however you like! When you purchase a maintenance contract from us we will not charge you extra for excess contracted hours for that month. If your contract has no more minutes left we will let you know immediately so you can either "top up" your contracted hours or have a one-off quote.

And if I don't use all my hours in a particular month?

If you do not use all of your support hours in a particular month they will be carried forward to the next month. The minutes you buy are the minutes you are owed. There is no maximum number of hours which can be carried forward.

Are there any extra charges incurred?

No extra charges will incurred unless additional software requires licencing fees. We are specalists with open source software meaning most of the tools and software we use are free and can be distributed without a charge.

Is there a minimum contract length?

The minimum contract term is 6 months. Contracts are payable in advance.
